Ingredients

  • Organic free-range beef bone
  • Organic free-range pork bone
  • Organic veggies (onions, carrots, celery, ginger)
  • MSG-free fish sauce (wild black anchovies, sea salt)
  • Organic rock sugar
  • Organic herbs & spices (star anise, cardamom, fennel seed, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorns)
  • Sea salt

Direction

To prepare frozen broth, thaw and warm gently on the stove.  

Then, simply add your favourite gluten-free noodles, veggies, optional herbs like cilantro, basil or mint, a dash of hot sauce and squeeze of lime, and you've got yourself an MSG-free, gut-friendly, nutritious & delicious Pho!

Pho Broth will keep for 6 days in the fridge, or 1 year in the freezer.
