Pasture Raised Turkey Bone Broth

Traditionally made, low and slow 24 hour simmer to ensure that all vital nutrients are wholly retained. FODMAP friendly, as we do not use onion in our poultry broths.

Ingredients

  • Pasture raised, free-range ground turkey bone
  • Filtered water
  • Organic veggies (carrots and celery)
  • Organic apple cider vinegar
  • Organic bay leaves
  • Sea Salt & Organic Peppercorns

Direction

To prepare frozen broth, thaw and warm gently on the stove.  Season to taste, as only trace amounts of sea salt is added to broth to accommodate varying health journeys.  Broth will keep for 6 days in the fridge, or 1 year in the freezer.

Clear, pure product, just doesn't hit the mark for me

"I find the broths very thin and lacking flavour, though I suppose for some it will be nice to drink as-is. Other broths I have had have more unctuousness, fat content, mouthfeel, and probably protein content. That said, it's very clean and it's nice as an add-in for other soups or as a base to really jeuje up into something more flavourful, but I needed it post-surgery for protein and hydration. Lovely little shop and nice people. I'm just not a huge fan of this broth over homemade."
