Chocolate-Avo Pudding

Chocolate-Avo Pudding

This is seriously the best (and healthiest) pudding in the history of ever... It's rich, creamy, comforting, nourishing, filled with healthy fats, protein, antioxidants, fibre, iron, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & K, is satiating, and is straight up effing delicious!

I love to eat it for breakfast... or lunch... or dinner... Adding in whatever floats my boat: Flax, chia, hemp, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, cinnamon, coconut flakes, dandelion, mushroom, or protein powders, almond butter, oats or quinoa.  Serve it over buckwheat pancakes, slather it over whole grain french toast, or hoard a giant bowl while watching Netflix! Do it.

2 tsp vanilla

a couple splashes to 1/2 c of milk alternative- almond, coconut, rice or hemp (amount needed dependent on using dry sweetener (more), or a liquid sweetener(less), and the size of your avos

a couple pinches of sea salt or himalayan salt

1)  Throw everything in a blender or food processor, adding milk alternative as needed until you've reached your perfect, luscious pudding consistency.
